Story Plot
Right (Sundar C) who was once a big gangster now lives a normal life and stays away from problems. However, due to his kindness, he finds himself crossing paths with three villains named Nanchunda, Maaran, and Vamsi. Can he survive all three and emerge victorious?
Short Review
Thalainagaram 2 is the sequel of Sundar C’s movie from 2006, Thalainagaram (directed by Suraj). Does it satisfy the 17 year wait? Not even close. The first part was far better in every aspect including comedy, romance and action while Thalainagaram 2 focuses only on action. The director could have concentrated more on the story. New villains are popping out just to get eliminated by Sundar C right away. Vadivelu is a big miss in this movie. While the technical team did their best to enhance the film, Ghibran’s music fails to meet expectations. The climax hints at a potential lead for a third part. Overall, Thalainagaram 2 doesn’t meet the expectations and falls in the category of below average movies.
