Story Plot
Regina (Sunaina) and Jo (Ananth Nag) are a couple leading a happy life. However, tragedy strikes when Jo is killed during a bank robbery. Devastated by the loss of her husband and burdened by a troubled past, Regina decides to seek revenge with the help of her friend and her husband. The events unfold makes the remainder of the story.
Short Review
Regina has a promising story plot, but unfortunately it is spoiled by weak narrative and execution. The movie contains numerous non-logical scenes that hinder the overall experience. Arivu, who initially appears to help Regina suddenly disappears without proper explanation. Sunaina’s attempt to carry the movie on her own shoulders is somewhat successful. The music by Sathish Nair enhances the film’s quality. However, if the director Domin D Silva had focused more on the screenplay, the outcome could have been significantly improved. Overall, Regina is an average watch, particularly if you’re willing to overlook logic-related aspects.
